Weddings

Weddings require a specific amount of attention and we are accustomed to make that day the day you always remember,  not the planning process.   We offer specific or all inclusive planning & Design services. No matter what we are specific in what is included in the package you select when you hire us to plan or design your event.

Our Day of Plus Planning Package is for the couple that wants more than day of exrtra hands and the final month of the wedding planning. Do you need an additional pair of eyes on décor to take your wedding to the next level? We take your collection or help you obtain the right items to make your wedding look smashing! Or still looking for a few more great vendors? This package provides extra hands on guidance to finish the planning you've already started. Starts at

Decor Design: 

This is simply a meeting to go over your decor and make suggestions as to how to create the look you want and more as well as set up of your decor on the wedding day. Tear down is additional depending on number of locations and event end time. This package starts at $750 for smaller events. Add Break Down of decor for additional $450.  Custom decor  such as backdrops, signage, etc. are priced per event. Set and Break down are priced separately Book Consult Here

 

Day of Coordination |  If you have all of your logisitics planned and just need a professional to execute it all. 

Includes

2, 1 hour pre planning meetings

Wedding day coordination (8 hours)
-Greet and assist of all vendors with proper set- up and design of ceremony & reception areas 
-Set up all reception items including (but not limited to): Place cards, Guest book, favors,Photographs, candy bar, specialty linens, gift table, ceremony programs, menu cards. 
-Be available to do last minute errands .
-Distribute and pin all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding personal flowers 
-Act as the "Go-To" person for all vendors and wedding party to ensure the bride and groom can relax and enjoy their day. 
-Communicate with all catering staff and banquet captain 
-Assistance in running last minute errands prior to the wedding if time allows.  
-Communicate with all catering staff and banquet captain
-Make sure the ceremony and reception site set up is completed and decorated to your specifications.
-Manage the timing of events for the bride and groom, family,wedding party and vendors. 
-Be there by your side and available for any emergencies - Emergency Kit is included 
-Review seating assignment with ushers and be available for questions . 
-Round up, line up and cue the Wedding Party when it's time to walk down the aisle 
-Make certain that the ceremony musicians are cued appropriately to ensure correct pace and timing 
-Make certain that all decor items from ceremony which will be reused at reception get to appropriate places 
-Clean any of the "getting ready spaces" at ceremony site 
-Make certain all candles are lit and last minute touches are done to the reception site 
-Answer all guests' questions and concerns 
-Coordinate all of your reception details - We will cue and prepare you through the evening: -Grand Entrance -Blessings and Toasts -Cake Cutting -First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance and Mother/Son dance -Garter Toss/ Bouquet Toss
-Ensure all vendors complete obligations and receive final payments at the completion of their job . 
-Ensure the day runs on schedule to make sure you get all of your special touches in 
-Keep track of, organize and pack everything up for you at the end of the evening ( or end of 8 hour scheduling.  To stay to event end additional $400)
-Collect all of your wedding gifts, your guest book, pen, toasting glasses, cake top,table decor, etc and bring everything to your Honeymoon Suite, or Designated Car 
-Ensure that the end of night transportation is running successfully

Month of Planning | You are feeling overwhelmed with making spread sheets, emailing vendors and finalizing details and just need someone to take over.  

 

Includes: Wedding Day Coordination Plus the following
-Assist you with special worksheets in keeping track of your vendors and guest RSVPs, staying on budget, seating charts, and a "1-month check list of to-dos" 
-Unlimited hours of consultation via phone and email
-Up to (3) in person or (video chat for long distance) meetings
-Final Timeline Preparation

- Finishing design touches 
-Distribution of the Day of Timeline to all Vendors the Week of Wedding - I'll become the main point of contact for all vendors

-Assistance in picking up any rental items or running last minute errands prior to the wedding
- Rehearsal Coordination and Instruction (up to 1 hour) 
-Pick up of Stationary Items such as place cards, programs, menu cards, etc.
-Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up by us on Wedding Day such as: Decor Items,Photographs , Guest Books,Favors, Toasting Glasses,Cake Serving Set, etc.
